Job summary

Volition Brewing in North Bend, WA is seeking an Assistant Taproom Manager to lead daily operations and support a growing team in delivering outstanding hospitality. You will work alongside the Taproom Manager to supervise staff, maintain a welcoming taproom, and help drive the Volition brand at events and beer releases.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, guest experience, and reliable operations in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to coordinate community activities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, breweries, or taprooms.
• A positive, team-first attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience training and motivating employees.
• Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and fast-paced environments.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Washington State MAST Permit and Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

We're looking for an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven leader to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests and support our growing team. As our Assistant Taproom Manager, you'll work alongside the Taproom Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and help make Volition Brewing a place people love to visit and work.
