Summary

Food Service Leads are primarily responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. They help ensure the food service department operates at maximum efficiency.

Key Requirements
  • Greet and engage guests upon entry.
  • Follow daily work schedules assigned by management.
  • Perform deli duties per company guidelines, ensuring guest safety, convenience, and value.
  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Keep the station clean and organized.
  • Maintain product temperatures appropriately.
