Job summary

Tapestry, a global house of brands, is seeking a GSOC Analyst to monitor security events across employees, executives, travelers, stores and facilities worldwide.

You will support threat intelligence, emergency communications, CCTV, access control, incident reporting and Asset Protection analytics, working with security teams. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, emergency management, or intelligence studies.
  • GSOC, corporate security, Asset Protection or related experience.
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
  • Experience with AlertMedia, ThinkLP, CCTV or access control technologies.
  • Experience supporting a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor domestic and global threats impacting people, locations, assets, or operations.
  • Provide threat intelligence and protective monitoring for executive travel.
  • Operate CCTV systems and support investigations and security incidents.
  • Support access control activations, deactivations, permissions, and auditing.
  • Maintain incident documentation and escalate security concerns.
  • Assist with Asset Protection analytics and trend reporting.
  • Provide intelligence support for special events and incident response.

Primary Purpose

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst supports Tapestry's global security operations by monitoring and assessing events that may impact employees, executives, travelers, stores, offices, facilities, and business operations. The Analyst supports threat and protective intelligence, emergency communications, executive travel monitoring, CCTV, access control, incident reporting, Asset Protection analytics, special events, and emergency preparedness.

Threat & Protective Intelligence
  • Monitor domestic and global threats that may impact Tapestry people, locations, assets, or operations.
  • Monitor threat matrices and intelligence sources for crime, civil unrest, terrorism, severe weather, geopolitical events, and other emerging risks.
  • Support protective intelligence and executive travel through pre-travel and real-time monitoring.
  • Prepare timely situational awareness reports and elevate significant concerns.
Emergency Communications & Threat Monitoring
  • Utilize emergency communication tools, threat monitoring, and incident response platforms.
  • Identify employees, stores, facilities, and travelers potentially affected by emerging events.
  • Prepare and distribute targeted security and emergency notifications.
  • Participate in emergency notification tests, tabletop exercises, and other preparedness activities.
CCTV & Security Technology
  • Monitor CCTV systems at Corporate HQ and remotely accessible Tapestry stores and facilities.
  • Conduct video review in support of investigations, theft, safety matters, and security incidents.
  • Support CCTV troubleshooting, security equipment repair requests, and system maintenance.
  • Coordinate system issues with appropriate internal teams and vendors.
Access Control
  • Support Tapestry's electronic access control and identification card systems.
  • Assist with activations, deactivations, permissions, troubleshooting, and auditing.
  • Identify and elevate unusual or potentially unauthorized access activity.
Asset Protection Analytics
  • Monitor incident reports, shrink information, and other incoming Asset Protection intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate incident documentation and ensure appropriate escalation.
  • Support reporting and analysis used to identify theft, shrink, and security trends.
  • Assist Asset Protection teams with research and analytical requests.
Special Events & Incident Support
  • Provide monitoring and intelligence support for executive, board, corporate, employee, and brand events.
  • Monitor civil disturbances, crime, severe weather, transportation disruptions, and other event-related concerns.
  • Maintain communication with security personnel and internal stakeholders during significant events.
  • Document and elevate security-related activity as appropriate.
The accomplished individual will possess
  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Intelligence Studies or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • GSOC, corporate security, Asset Protection, intelligence, law enforcement, military, or emergency management experience.
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
  • Experience with AlertMedia, ThinkLP, CCTV, access control, or comparable technologies preferred.
  • Experience supporting a geographically dispersed or global organization preferred.
The accomplished individual will possess

An outstanding professional will have
  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Intelligence Studies or a related experience will be considered.
  • GSOC, corporate security, Asset Protection, intelligence, law enforcement, military, emergency management, or related experience.
  • Experience with CCTV, access control, mass notification, incident management, or intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with AlertMedia, ThinkLP, or comparable platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting retail, corporate, or global operations preferred.
Schedule & Operational Requirements

This position operates on a flexible, in-office work schedule with possible day, and evening shifts based on operational requirements. Flexibility may occasionally be required to support significant incidents, executive travel, special events, or other business requirements.
