Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Perform startup, shutdown, and basic troubleshooting.
• Load materials and manage creels and rewind stations.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards.
• Use HMI and ERP for production tracking and data entry.
• Maintain production goals and 5S workplace.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
