Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a TAP Insulation Specialist to install TAP Insulation in homes and businesses, delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will travel regionally, load equipment, and ensure proper clean-up at each job site.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and comfort working in attics or crawl spaces while handling various weather conditions. Benefits begin day one.

It reduces the required energy needed to heat or cool the home and, in turn, reduces heating and cooling costs. Uniquely offering two solutions in one product: an energy-efficient blown-in insulation coupled with the added value of pest control.TAP Specialists will provide high quality customer service to our clients by efficiently installing TAP Insulation to their homes and businesses.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Check and double check work order and load truck with all supplies neededSet up ladders, tarps, hose, drills were needed at the job-siteHook up insulation machine to a power sourceRun, operate and load machine with insulation for the duration of the jobCheck equipment for proper cleanliness, operation, and necessary repairsClean up tarps and vacuum up any debris left behindManage and track tools and equipment as you reload the truck at the days endSweep up any debris outside the house that we may have causedCheck in with homeowner for their satisfaction on clean upTravel throughout region including some overnight travel may be requiredWill be cross-trained in other areas of pest controlOther duties as assignedWhat do you need?High school or equivalent (Required)Great verbal communication skills with the ability to take directionGreat interpersonal and customer service skills, a positive team playerPunctuality and attention to detailMust posses valid driver's license from state of residenceExperience in working in both attic and small crawl spacesAbility to work in various types of weather/temperatureOperation of an assigned company vehicle to travel throughout the state of Maryland, including some overnight travel#ZipRTXWhy Choose Us?A career with the Rentokil family of companies can be a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
