Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Illinois is seeking fun, passionate team members to represent our brand across sunbed tanning, spray tanning, skin care, and wellness. We’re looking for energetic, team‑oriented people who thrive in a vibrant, professional environment.

You’ll meet and exceed sales goals, provide upbeat customer consultations, and educate clients on skin care and tanning options while following all guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
