Job summary

Sun Tan City - Metallic Tan in Mount Juliet, TN is hiring for a fast-paced customer service role at a tanning salon. You will assist clients, manage sales, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment. This position offers flexibility and the potential for advancement.

Base pay starts at $13.00 per hour with performance bonuses, and average earnings around $17.00 per hour when performance targets are met. Benefits and growth opportunities are available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to operate POS and scheduling systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication to guide clients.
• Ability to engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and make product/service recommendations.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds and engaging new clients upon arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon environment while following company policies.
