Job summary

Sun Tan City - Metallic Tan in Chattanooga is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to join our sales/customer service team. The role offers starting pay of $10.00/hour with performance bonuses that can raise average earnings to about $13.00/hour.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. You will help clients by recommending products and services, maintain clean salon spaces, and work with a supportive team in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
