Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional manner.
• Ensures customers understand the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Handles cash and oversees business opening/closing.
• Completes daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in retail/customer service environment

Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods

Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance

Reliable transportation

Flexible availability including nights and weekends

Education
