• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consults with customers professionally
• Ensures adherence to company and legal rules
• Maintains a clean and organized salon
• Handles cash, opening/closing business
• Completes daily administrative paperwork

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience in retail/customer service environment

Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours)

Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance

Reliable transportation
