Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing sales-oriented team members to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves meeting sales goals and working in a commission-driven environment.

As part of our team, you will assist customers, maintain a clean salon, handle cash, and participate in daily paperwork while receiving benefits like flexible scheduling and employee discounts.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.

Mansioni

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensures company and legal requirements are met.
