Starting pay is $16.90 per hour, with guaranteed commissions on product, packages, upgrades, and memberships, plus monthly bonuses and employee discounts. Training and team contests help you reach goals in a fun, competitive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
