Sun Tan City is seeking team members in Tennessee to join our high-energy salon environment. You will provide friendly customer service, assist clients with tanning services, and help maintain a clean, organized shop.

The role offers a base pay around $13/hr with performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. Training and development are provided, with benefits for full-time and part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with all clients by building relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task: clean beds as clients leave and engage new clients on arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon while upholding company policies.
