• Ability to pass a physical/drug screen and background check.
• Outdoor job experience or technical/mechanical experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work a 24 hour on-call schedule.

Job Summary

A tankerman trainee is enrolled in our exclusive training program to become a USCG‑licensed tankmen. Our USCG‑licensed tankmen specialize in loading and discharging liquid tank barges shoreside. AccuTrans tankmen are licensed and experienced PICs (Persons in Charge) in the handling of dangerous liquids and are extensively trained in safety, firefighting and emergency response.
