Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Tanker Driver to safely operate tanker trucks and deliver materials across customer and company locations. The role requires conducting inspections, loading/unloading, and maintaining delivery documentation while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a CDL, demonstrate safe tanker operation, and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Experience operating tanker equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and inspection procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tanker trucks to transport materials to customer and company locations.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Load, unload, and deliver products efficiently while following safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate with dispatch, customers, and team.
• Adhere to DOT, FMCSA, company policies, and all regulatory requirements.
