Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Tanker Driver to safely operate tanker trucks across multiple locations, delivering building materials with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, load/unload materials, and maintain accurate delivery documentation while staying in close contact with dispatch and customers. A CDL and reliable safety record are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a safe driving record.
• Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to operate tanker equipment and perform vehicle inspections with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service when interacting with customers and team members.
• Capable of working independently and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tanker trucks to transport and deliver materials to customers and company locations.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and handle materials per safety standards.
• Maintain delivery documentation and communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and site-specific safety requirements.
