Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a skilled welder/fitter to join our Pasadena team. You will weld mild steel and stainless, perform gas welding or brazing, and use arc welding processes to assemble parts.

Responsibilities include MIG and TIG welding, ordering and receiving parts, and maintaining a safe, organized work area in compliance with OSHA and environmental policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED; welding certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess both welding and fitting skills.
• Ability to operate an acetylene torch.
• Read and comprehend measurements, and job sheets.
• Worked in an industrial setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Welding Certificate is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to utilize both MIG and TIG
• Order and receive parts and supplies as needed
• Adheres to all established safety (OSHA) and environmental policies and standards to include identification, use, and proper procedures for handling or disposal of hazardous wastes
• Clean, organize and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
• Ability to wear a respirator
