Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a skilled Tank Welder to join our manufacturing team in Kohler, Wisconsin, on the 3rd shift. You will fabricate, weld, and inspect components according to blueprints and print specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will read printed drawings, operate hand and power tools, and safely use welding PPE while adhering to our safety policies. Training provided and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to wear weld PAPR helmet and pass respirator evaluation.
• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.
• Ability to read blueprint readings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handling/fabricating/welding wide variety of parts 10-50#.
• Setup, fabrication, and inspection of weldments per print.
• Usage of hand and power tools.
• Operate various types of measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.).
• Operating an overhead hoist when needed.
