Mission Critical Group is seeking a Welder to read blueprints and fabricates large fuel tanks up to 60 feet long and 13 feet wide, designed to hold 3,000 to 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel. The role requires strict PPE and safety adherence in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities include preparing materials, setting up welding equipment, inspecting welds, and working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Summary: The Welder position is responsible for accurately reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements. This role involves fabricating large fuel tanks — up to 60 feet long and 13 feet wide — designed to hold 3,000 to 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel. The welder must ensure strict adherence to safety standards by wearing required PPE and following all safety guidelines throughout the process.
Training & Trial Period Work Schedule (Monday–Friday)
This position is eligible for 10% differential pay.
