Job summary

Foodliner, Inc. Albany, NY is seeking a Tank Wash Technician to maintain cleanliness of internal and exterior semi-bulk trailers. This full-time role on the third shift runs 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and pays $23.00 per hour plus shift differential.

Candidates should be able to move trailers with a yard tractor, lift up to 75 lbs, and work safely with PPE. Prior trailer wash experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Trailer/Truck wash experience recommended but not required.
• Yard truck experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wash internal and exterior semi-bulk trailers.
• Operate in a semi-automated tank washing system.
• Move trailers with a yard tractor as needed.

Foodliner, Inc. is one of the largest bulk food carriers in the country and a Transport Topics Top 100 carrier. We are looking for Tank Wash Technicians to join our team.

Job Description:

• $23.00 per hour plus shift differential. Overtime after 40 hours.
• Monday–Friday, 3rd shift. 11:00 PM-7:00 AM.
• Responsible for washing internal and exterior semi-bulk trailers
• Internal tank washing is a semi-automated system.
• Food grade facility—no hazmat materials
• Ability to move tractor trailers into and out of buildings and parking spaces using a yard tractor
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must work safely and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
