Job summary

Colonial Terminals in Savannah, GA seeks operators to perform daily loading and unloading of tank cars and trucks, manage tank-to-tank transfers, and conduct blending operations. You will monitor quality, operate valves, and ensure safe, compliant deliveries throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, recording transfer activities, assisting drivers, and maintaining high safety standards while supporting maintenance tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
• Experience with SCADA, tank gauging, and loading/unloading equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, climb, and work in varied environments; safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Manually load/unload tank-cars, tank-trucks, and vessels; perform tank transfers and blending as needed.
• Operate and monitor valves, line fills, and related equipment to ensure proper deliveries.
• Inspect tanks and equipment for quality and safety; complete shift documentation accurately.
