Overview

As our Tank Quality Control Tech, from the moment you step onto the production floor, your focus is on excellence. You\'re conducting standardized quality checks, carefully verifying measurements, and reviewing tanks for flawless finishes. You communicate with your team to identify improvements, provide guidance when needed, and ensure every tank meets both company and customer expectations. You also collaborate directly with supervisors and engineers, tackling complex projects that keep production moving forward. With every detail you review, you\'re helping uphold our reputation for quality craftsmanship.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous production experience
• Excellent basic math skills
• Visual awareness

• Adequate dexterity and stamina
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and with a team
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds overhead
• Ability to stand for 10 hours per day
• Ability to interpret complex specification sheets

• Ability to manage your own time and set priorities
• Ability to accurately and completely fill out all required paperwork
