Job summary

Anchor Glass Container LLC seeks a Tank Manager-Forming to oversee forming personnel and ensure efficient production across the forming area. This role supervises setup activities and coordinates with the furnace and quality teams to maintain output and quality.

The ideal candidate has a manufacturing background with 4–6 years of supervisory experience and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for maintaining safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 4–6 years experience with industrial production and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage production activities to achieve high efficiency on units assigned.
• Establish and maintain good operating practices for unit employees through Shift Supervisor Forming.
• Coordinate tank/unit activities including tonnage discussions with furnace department and monitor ware handling.
• Maintain good manufacturing practices, SOPs, TOPs, and PAS.
• Provide necessary training and development for all personnel to improve and upgrade technical skills.
