Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee forming operations on the shift and ensure production goals are met.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for forming personnel.
• Maintain and improve safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of shift activities, downtime and process data.
