Day-to-Day Duties:

• Perform arc and torch cutting, gouging
• Operate generators, compressors, grinders, and other tools
• Weld using various techniques and materials
• Use lifting and safety equipment appropriately
• Read and interpret detailed drawings
• Plan welding and repair sequences
• Conduct safety and quality tests
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and work collaboratively

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• At least 18 years old
• Lift 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the US
• Willing to undergo background and drug testing
• Valid driver’s license
• Welding skills are a plus
