Duties: Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:

Main responsibility to help with Microsoft patching using Tanium Patch and 3rd party application install package builds and deployments using Tanium Deploy module

Vulnerability, Removal of Unapproved applications and End of Life application Remediations

Ability to watch, troubleshoot and resolve deployment errors via Tanium Deploy module

Monitor the health of servers, workstations and agents to include WMI resolution

Hardware and Software inventory reporting using Tanium Interact

Develop, test and maintain application installation packages using WinRAR and/or InstallShield and PS App Deploy

Configure, test and manage deployments including applications, registry fixes and other scripted commands

Monitor deployments through all environments and resolve any issues

Implement advanced scripting using multiple scripting languages when needed, i.e., PowerShell, Python, Batch and command line

Coordinate application releases with the customer and other IT areas as needed

Maintain awareness of industry trends

Represent the department on project activities to communicate the capabilities of our services

Troubleshoot problems to locate root cause and appropriate fixes in expedient fashion

Provide support and technical issue resolution in support of other teams

Work with vendors for support with resolving issues and developing/maintaining platform strategy

role can be fully remote for the right candidate, local to Tampa area for hybrid is always preferred. Need to work core EST hours.
