ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Tanium Patch Engineer to join its Infrastructure Support team. The role focuses on administering Tanium Patch and Tanium Comply to bolster endpoint security and compliance across enterprise environments.

You will plan and validate patches, and coordinate rapid responses to vulnerabilities in a distributed world. The ideal candidate has hands-on Tanium experience, strong scripting (PowerShell), and familiarity with ServiceNow integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in endpoint or patch management roles.
• 2+ years administering Tanium platform solutions.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments with extensive endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation practices.
• Proficiency with scripting automation tools such as PowerShell and ServiceNow integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Tanium Patch and Tanium Comply modules to ensure endpoint security and compliance.
• Plan, schedule, deploy, and validate OS and third‑party patches across diverse environments.
• Coordinate emergency and zero‑day patching to address critical vulnerabilities.
• Monitor patch deployment success rates and troubleshoot failed deployments.
• Collaborate with vulnerability management teams to prioritize remediation based on risk.

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of experience in endpoint management or patch management roles.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience administering Tanium platform solutions.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments with extensive endpoint populations.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, remediation practices, and security protocols.
• Proficiency with scripting automation tools such as PowerShell and experience with platform integrations like ServiceNow.
