Tanger is seeking a Lancaster-based Ambassador to welcome guests, promote TangerClub benefits, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage shoppers, share promotional materials, and help manage events with a friendly, brand-conscious approach.

The role requires a polished appearance, strong English communication, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years customer service experience.
• Bilingual: Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities
