Job summary

The Washoe Tribe of Nevada & California is seeking a Project and Resource Specialist in the Bay Area. This role develops, coordinates, and implements family strengthening programs for WNTP and related participants, under the Site Manager.

You will train staff, manage proposals, and track outcomes to ensure program compliance with tribal and federal requirements. Under supervision, you will assist with outreach, collaboration with community partners, and data entry into the electronic system,

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Human Services or related field with two years' TANF program experience.
• Ability to develop, monitor, or evaluate community events and TANF services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate community prevention and family strengthening programs.
• Train staff and assist with project proposals, planning and tracking outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Tribal Family Assistance Plan and federal laws.
• Enter participant data into case files and manage electronic database.
