Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Human Services or related field; two years’ TANF program experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to prepare reports.
• Ability to manage budgets and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement community programs under TANF.
• Train staff and community members on project proposals and tracking outcomes.
• Maintain WNTP database input and tracking of program proposals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with management and outside agencies.
