The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active Florida bar admission, and 2–6 years in real estate, with strong research, writing, and negotiation skills. A dynamic, team‑oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 2–6 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions.
• Experience representing developers, owners, investors, and lenders in financing, development, and investment matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, and leases.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on structuring complex real estate investments and developments.
• Collaborate with partners and other team members to manage client matters efficiently.
• Participate in all stages of transaction execution, from initial diligence to closing.
