Job summary

BGE in Tampa, FL is offering a full-time internship program for students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science or related fields. You will be mentored by BGE professionals and gain hands-on experience on real projects within a collaborative team.

You'll participate in mentor-led events and training for career development, take part in intern-specific activities, and contribute to normal work tasks while building

• Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to learn industry software.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Team player who collaborates well.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits

• 401(k) match: 100% up to 4% of contributions with immediate vesting plus 3% Safe Harbor contribution with immediate vesting
