Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous bartender or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing and serving techniques.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments using POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations with TIPS certification due within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in the bar area.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible beverage service guidelines.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service and handle inquiries.
• Process payments using POS systems accurately.
• Restock supplies and manage bar inventory as needed.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and secure stock.
• Assist with inventory discrepancies and report to Bar Manager.
• Support guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
