Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner for Global Manufacturing & Quality to identify top-tier talent for manufacturing sites and corporate M&Q functions. You will drive proactive outbound sourcing, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and implement data-driven strategies for niche roles.

This two-year fixed-term role offers global impact, travel up to 10%, and hybrid work from the Indianapolis HQ. Strong CRM/ATS expertise and executive outreach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in talent sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven outbound sourcing and CRM/ATS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive talent globally for complex, niche, and confidential roles across all manufacturing sites and corporate M&Q functions.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and HRBPs to understand technical requirements and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies.
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using drip sequences and nurturing strategies to build long-term talent pipelines.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools including Gem CRM, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter to track engagement metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Manage high-volume outreach initiatives while ensuring a premium candidate experience and alignment with Elanco’s employer brand.

Your Role:

Talent Sourcing Partner, Global Manufacturing & Quality – As a Talent Sourcing Partner for Manufacturing & Quality (M&Q), you will be a key member of the Global Sourcing Center of Excellence, reporting to the TA Sourcing & Operations Director, dedicated to identifying top-tier talent for Elanco’s manufacturing sites and corporate M&Q functions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for advancing our global talent pipeline through extensive proactive outbound sourcing, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and executing data-driven strategies for niche and confidential roles. This is a two year fixed duration role with potential to extend if/as business needs demand.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage passive talent globally for complex, niche, and confidential roles across all manufacturing sites and corporate M&Q functions.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and HRBPs to understand technical requirements and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies.
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using drip sequences and nurturing strategies to build long-term talent pipelines.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools including Gem CRM, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter to track engagement metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Manage high-volume outreach initiatives while ensuring a premium candidate experience and alignment with Elanco’s employer brand.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience.
• Required Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing specifically within a manufacturing environment, including extensive experience in proactive outbound talent identification. Mastery of outbound sourcing techniques and proficiency managing pipelines within a CRM and ATS. Demonstrated experience influencing and collecting input across many levels of the organization.

• Proven experience navigating global talent markets and influencing stakeholders across diverse time zones and geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize data analytics and Key Performance Indicators to measure sourcing effectiveness and optimize talent funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Gem and Workday.
• Success in high-volume outreach and building automated drip sequence messaging campaigns.
• Ability to nurture and engage executive or senior-level talent for confidential placements.
