Roblox is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Sourcer to partner with executive recruiters and cross-functional leaders to identify and engage top leadership across Product, Design, G&A, Marketing, and Communications. You will own end-to-end search engagements, develop innovative research strategies, and influence leadership decisions through market insights.

• Experience as a Sourcer partnering with Recruiters and hiring partners across different offices

• You Will:
• Partner with Executive Recruiters, cross functional recruiting team members, business and HR leaders to share intel and find great executive level people across Roblox
• Manage executive search engagements from requisition kick-off meetings to engagement to hire
• Understand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies
• Develop unique research strategies in multiple disciplines/domains simultaneously while managing high volume of data
• Come up with fresh ideas and create new ways to attack problems
• Clear articulation in all forms of communication with an emphasis on executive style and approach to each deliverable and presentation

You Have

• 6 years of sourcing/executive search ideally with experience at an in-house recruiting team

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.

Annual Salary Range

$159,260—$200,630 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
