IU Health has an outstanding opportunity available for a
Talent Sourcing Consultant – Intermediate to join our team.
This position will be a Full-Time day shift role, working Monday- Friday (8AM to 5PM ET) in a remote capacity, with onsite requirements to Indianapolis and the surrounding areas as needed.
Talent Sourcing Consultant – Intermediate focuses on inclusive hiring practices through sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent from all backgrounds, using various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking, and community outreach. Researches, develops, and implements recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for open positions. Builds relationships with external organizations, universities, and community groups to expand our talent pipeline and promote inclusive hiring initiatives. Collaborates closely with stakeholders, talent sourcing team, talent acquisition consultants and hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies, job descriptions and interview processes that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion. Conducts screening discussions to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and alignment with our values of diversity and inclusion, and maintains engagement with passive candidates for future hiring needs. Maintains accurate and up to date candidate records and tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our inclusive hiring initiatives and collaborates with leaders for areas for improvement. Stays current on trends and best practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and shares knowledge and insights with the team.

- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, volunteer as needed and be a team player.
- Experience with Outlook or similar.
- Experience with LinkedIN/Indeed or similar Job Boards.
- Experience with Boolean Query searches, Research, Stakeholder Management, Market Data Research, Job Postings, and more.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration or related field required, or equivalent years of experience within a matrixed organization, healthcare setting preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/Sourcing experience, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Requires strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
- Requires experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms and other recruitment tools.
