Microsoft AI is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top technical talent across Engineering roles. You’ll support hiring for teams building foundational and consumer-facing AI systems—sourcing engineers across backend, infrastructure, mobile, full-stack, and platform roles, with the flexibility to support Product and Applied AI roles as business needs evolve.
You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and fellow sourcers to build pipelines for highly skilled, often passive, technical talent. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands how to source beyond LinkedIn, and is comfortable pivoting across multiple technical domains. Experience with Bay Area startup talent and technical communities is a plus.
This is a remote position, though comfort navigating Bay Area tech ecosystems—through GitHub, community events, alumni groups, or local meetups—is highly valuable.
