Bilt is seeking a Talent Sourcer and Coordinator to support critical hiring needs across engineering, product, design, and business ops. You will build pipelines, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and own scheduling to ensure a smooth interview process.

You will split time between active sourcing and recruiting operations, helping the team move fast in a startup environment while maintaining data hygiene and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting operations experience.

What’s the role?

As the Talent Sourcer and Coordinator, you will help support our most critical hiring needs across the organization. You'll focus on sourcing exceptional candidates across engineering, product, design, business operations, GTM, and more - partnering closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to build robust pipelines of qualified talent and using creative sourcing strategies to find people who will thrive in our fast-moving, collaborative environment. You'll also be the operational backbone of the team: making sure scheduling happens, pipelines stay clean and current, candidates get routine touchpoints, and every interview and meeting runs smoothly - so the hiring experience is a great one, inside and out. Expect the work to split roughly 50/50 between active sourcing and recruiting operations.

In this role, you will...

We are considering candidates with differing levels of expertise for this position. Leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process. Where a new hire falls within a range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Bilt rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.

The salary range for a Talent Sourcer and Coordinator is $80,000 - 95,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
