The position supports the Talent Solution team with administrative tasks, candidate relations, and contractor onboarding, while maintaining accurate applicant data and assisting with job postings in Lever.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience in admin support, and the ability to travel as needed to client sites or internal meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of admin support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
