What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify qualified IT applicants for the employer’s clients and successfully fill all orders
  • Build and sustain relationships with state, local government, and education (SLED) clients
  • Attend conferences and industry events to promote the employer’s IT staffing capabilities
  • Monitor contracts to ensure timely extensions or redeployment of IT staff members
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making for client projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Management, Strategy, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT staffing, human resources, or operations roles
  • Proven track record of delivering results in full life cycle IT recruitment or talent sourcing
  • Prior experience working with state, local government, and education (SLED)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams
