As a Talent Program Partner, you will play a key role in supporting programs related to Talent and HR functions. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with leadership and stakeholders in these programs, as well as other HR and TA peers internationally. Your role will involve managing logistical aspects, fostering stakeholder relationship, and supporting the program’s objectives. You will be responsible for taking conceptual ideas and implementing them in a strategic and tactical way.

You will be responsible for overseeing the regional Internship and EDP (Engineer Development Program) Programs and implementing initiatives to improve the overall process and expansion of the programs. You will also support other programs imbedded within HR, such as Onboarding, Operations, and special projects as they arise. Responsibilities will include analyzing and evaluating processes and initiatives with other regions, looking for similarities and regional differences, and then scaling programs for a Global approach. Your efforts will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

In your future role as Talent Program Partner you will

  • Regional Program Management: Manage and coordinate various talent acquisition and human resource programs, such as internships, campus recruitment events, diversity initiatives, onboarding, etc. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop program objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Regional Intern and Early Career Program Management: Manage program from start to finish and continued strategic outlook, which includes but is not limited to partnering with stakeholders to strategically choose fairs to attend, travel (up to 15%) and representation at fairs, offer delivery, etc.
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in regional and/or Global HR related projects within the scope of HR (i.e. employee experience, onboarding, etc.).
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the employer brand.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, produce progress reports, and contribute to the evaluation of program outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication with HR Global community, program participants, partners, and vendors, ensuring clear and timely information sharing.

We believe you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, HR support roles, and HR and/or TA project or program management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in event coordination and project management is a plus.
