Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a motivated Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tulsa, OK. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring leaders.

You will source, interview, and present qualified pipelines, partner with managers on needs, coordinate interviews and offers, and drive recruiting initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing methods, and employment practices.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and electronic reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units and departments.
• Source and engage qualified candidates using proactive recruiting strategies.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and interview applicants to assess qualifications.
• Present qualified candidate pipelines to hiring managers in a timely manner.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer processes.
• Determine compensation offers using established compensation guidelines and extend offers.
• Manage internal transfer requests and post-offer onboarding steps.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and hiring leaders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Track recruiting activity and reporting metrics through ATS and internal reporting tools.
• Coordinate and attend recruitment events, career fairs, and networking functions.
• Present hiring updates and recruitment progress to leadership as needed.

Salary: Starting at $62,171+ annually
