LeMans Corporation is seeking a Talent Partner to join our HR team. This role is a key advisor and collaborator, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals and ensuring a strong pipeline for future growth. Base Pay Range

$72,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to forecast workforce needs and develop talent strategies.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring speed, quality, and equity.
  • Use predictive analytics to anticipate future skill gaps, critical role risk, and capacity needs, recommending proactive interventions.
  • Develop and standardize sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Work with leaders to support internal mobility, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on selection methodologies, interview techniques, and best practices.
  • Track and analyze talent metrics, including time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and diversity goals.
  • Promote employer branding through social media, events, and partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or full‑cycle recruiting (corporate or agency setting preferred).
  • Hands‑on experience with talent acquisition, structured selection, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition (e.g., AIRS, SHRM‑CP) is a plus.
