Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Talent Operations Analyst to scale recruiting systems, processes, data, and programs. You will help keep recruiting ops running smoothly while improving how we work as the company grows.

Your focus includes recruiting operations, analytics, and programs, plus supporting talent branding, events, and early-careers hiring. You thrive on solving operational problems, working with data, and turning ambiguity into repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting operations or related area.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting workflows/data.
• Strong ability to organize and analyze datasets and turn data into insights.
• Experience building recruiting reports, dashboards, or recurring analytics.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, lookups).
• Strong project coordination skills across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day recruiting operations and ongoing workflows, programs, and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and documentation.
• Coordinate recruiting projects from planning to execution with timelines and stakeholders.
• Support ATS workflows, data hygiene, and process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation and templates for the recruiting team.
• Maintain and analyze recruiting/ATS data and dashboards.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports for recruiting performance and funnel health.
• Support talent branding, events, and early-careers programs.
