The Role

As a Talent Manager, you’ll go beyond matching résumés to job descriptions. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor—collaborating with Account Executives to understand client needs, guiding consultants through proposal creation, and ensuring alignment between skills, goals, and project expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand client projects and co-develop recruiting strategies
  • Engage with consultants as true partners—building long-term relationships, not just placements
  • Vet consultants for technical skills and consulting mindset
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client preferences, project trends, and industry shifts
  • Act as a strategic matchmaker—ensuring mutual value for client and consultant
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment where insights and feedback are shared

  • Consultants feel supported, informed, and aligned to projects that fit their strengths
  • Clients see Clarity as a trusted partner that delivers consultants who "just get it"
  • Internal teams benefit from your insight, responsiveness, and follow-through

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role (consulting industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, and operations
  • Genuine curiosity and a high EQ—you listen actively, pick up on unspoken cues, adapt your approach, and build trust through empathy and strong communication.
  • Experience recruiting in the learning and development (L&D) industry preferred

Location: Virtual

This role includes a base salary of $100,000 and the opportunity to earn up to $100,000 in bonus/commissions, based on individual performance. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, certifications, and work location.
