Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role located in Greater Boston for a Talent Manager. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new musical talent, managing relationships with current artists, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with other departments such as marketing and production. The Talent Manager will also be tasked with strategizing artist development and career growth plans, organizing events, and ensuring artists receive the necessary support for their professional advancement.
