Join our People team as a Talent Management & Development Partner and make a lasting impact! We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking HR professional to design and implement programs that foster employee growth, enhance leadership capabilities, and elevate organizational performance. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business leaders and Organizational Performance Consultants to shape talent needs and strategies, develop innovative solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning. What You Will Do:

Performance Enablement
  • Manage and enhance performance management processes to drive growth and accountability.
  • Support OPCs in coaching managers on performance best practices.
  • Co-facilitate performance calibration sessions for fair and consistent evaluations.
Succession Planning & Employee Development
  • Oversee succession planning to identify and develop future leaders.
  • Create and manage employee development plans to support career growth.
  • Provide career path guidance to employees.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze talent data to assess talent management & development program effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on key talent metrics for senior leadership.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance programs and measure individual & organizational impact.
Talent Strategy & Planning
  • Partner with the Organizational Performance leader to assess talent needs and develop strategic talent plans.
  • Conduct talent assessments to identify gaps and inform development initiatives.
  • Lead succession planning efforts to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Learning & Development
  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs, including workshops, online courses, and coaching.
  • Implement innovative learning methodologies and technologies.
  • Assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Leadership Development
  • Develop and facilitate leadership programs to strengthen capabilities at all levels.
  • Design and lead leadership workshops and training sessions.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of performance management, succession planning, and change management best practices.
  • Experience in talent management and development, preferably in a scaling, tech-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (we use UKG) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring.
  • Please note: applicants must be authorized to work in the US without an employment VISA or other sponsorship needs.

Compensation:

Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The annual salary range for the role is $75,000.00 - $110,000.00. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
