As a Talent Intelligence Senior Analyst, you will partner with HR and Operational leaders across the organization delivering and presenting talent and labor market insights while helping create critical strategies at the enterprise and market levels for immediate and future priorities. Your success will depend on your ability to navigate complex data and provide clarity on the external labor landscape, informing strategic decision-making and guiding workforce efforts. This role is part of the Workforce Planning team within HR Data Analytics and is remote.
