Responsibilities

As a Talent Intelligence Senior Analyst, you will partner with HR and Operational leaders across the organization delivering and presenting talent and labor market insights while helping create critical strategies at the enterprise and market levels for immediate and future priorities. Your success will depend on your ability to navigate complex data and provide clarity on the external labor landscape, informing strategic decision-making and guiding workforce efforts. This role is part of the Workforce Planning team within HR Data Analytics and is remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze external talent data and trends using qualitative and quantitative methods, presenting insights clearly to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to understand business challenges and design research to uncover opportunities.
• Conduct ad hoc research and analysis, creating reports and presentations as needed.
• Build strong collaborations by meeting and presenting to stakeholders and leaders at all levels.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) by providing training, coaching, and mentoring on data interpretation.
• Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of Talent Intelligence technologies and participate in technology decisions.

Preferences

• 1+ years of experience in market research, talent intelligence, HR data analytics, or labor economics (preferred).
• 2+ years of presentation skills, including visual, verbal, and written communication (preferred).
• Experience collaborating across multifunctional groups (preferred).
• Knowledge of labor market data sources or analytics platforms (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder collaboration experience.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience OR an Associate's/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant experience.
