BairesDev is seeking a Talent Efficiency Analyst to ensure quality and consistency in Talent Acquisition. You will audit candidate calls, screenings, and communications, turning findings into structured feedback that drives improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes end-to-end audits, identifying gaps, and proposing framework adjustments, with an emphasis on accuracy and stakeholder feedback. This is a fully remote position with competitive USD/local currency compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
• Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflows.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with high accuracy and detail.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.
