• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of talent management, career development, or performance management in a global organization.
• 5+ years of people leadership with a track record of developing others.
• Experience with Workday Talent & development modules.
• Hogan certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead career development strategy and scalable talent frameworks.
• Own the Performance & Development Connections (PDC) framework architecture.
• Partner with HR leadership to close development gaps with scalable solutions.
• Define metrics and present findings to senior leadership.
• Build and coach a high-performing COE team.
